  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    Identifying the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
    CBT is a practical, goal-oriented approach. We work together to identify “thought traps”; unhelpful patterns of thinking that keep you stuck in negative moods. By shifting these perspectives and practicing new behaviors, you can find relief from anxiety, depression, and daily stress.
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
    Healing from traumatic or distressing life experiences.
    EMDR helps the brain “reprocess” painful memories so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. Instead of just talking about what happened, we use guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation to help your brain’s natural healing process take over, allowing you to move from “surviving” to “thriving.”
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
    Understanding the different “parts” of yourself.
    IFS views the mind as a system of different “parts” (like the part of you that’s a perfectionist, or the part that feels anxious). We work to understand these parts with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. The goal is to help your “Self” (your calm, core essence) lead the way, creating internal harmony and balance.

Hola, I’m Marcie Rey.

For years, I was the woman who had it all together on the outside…
successful career, running a non-profit, helping everyone around me.

But the truth? I was overwhelmed, overstressed, and burnt out from people-pleasing. I was everything to everyone… until I couldn’t be anymore. Many women I work with feel anxious, stressed, or constantly on edge, and I know what it’s like to be pulled in every direction.

The pressure, grief, and constant self-sacrifice caught up with me.

I hit my breaking point when a close friend passed away. It felt like the stress was killing me, and I finally had to face a hard truth: I couldn’t keep living like this. So I stopped. I turned inward and gave myself permission to grieve, heal, and rebuild.

Using my skills as a trauma therapist, I created a process to reconnect with the strongest, most resilient version of myself, the part of me I now call: Fierce Feminina.

This journey changed everything.

Yes! I provide telehealth virtual therapy so you can work with me from the comfort of your home, office, or wherever you feel most safe and focused. My online platform is secure, private, and easy to use. Just like being in the office, but without the commute.

Do you accept Insurance?

Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?

Yes, HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards are accepted for therapy sessions. Many clients use these funds to cover the cost of care.

What if I don’t have insurance?

No problem at all. I offer private-pay sessions at $165. You’ll receive the same personalized therapy experience. Booking is simple, and you can schedule a session anytime. Insurance is not required.

Do you use trauma-informed care or EMDR?

Yes. I use trauma-informed approaches to create a safe and supportive environment for all clients. This may include EMDR and other evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs. These methods help you process past experiences, release emotional blocks, and build lasting resilience.

How do you measure progress or success in therapy?
